Please Read Before Booking.

AVAILABILITY:

Availability opens to the public every first of the month for the following month. Example: On December 1st January schedule opens. On January 1st , February schedule will be open .

**Note: Clients with memberships have access to schedule 5 days before public does **

BOOKING SCHEDULE

MONDAY : 10am - 3pm | 5:30pm- 8pm


WEDNESDAY: 9:45am - 3pm

THURSDAY: 9:45am -3pm

SATURDAY: 7:30am - 4:30pm

FRIDAY: ( braids & twists services ONLY , every other week)

Book your appointment and add ons according to your desired service . No last minute changes will be accepted the day of your appointment.

BOOKING DEPOSITS:

10% of total will be due when booking appointments. This deposit is non- refundable but will be deducted from your total appointment balance .

 

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL:

  • If arrival is earlier than scheduled , please stay in car until scheduled appointment time.
  • NO extra guest if not being serviced

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS:

  • Cash
  • Card
  • Cash app
  • PayPal

LATE APPOINTMENTS:

If in a situation of possibly arriving late to your appointment please communicate by texting your stylist.
After 15 mins of being late , your appointment will be canceled and eligible for reschedule with a new deposit.

CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your appointment anytime online or by txting your stylist.
Same day and 24 hours before appointment start time cancellations will result in deposit being lost and non redeemable.

NO SHOWS:

In result of a NO Show to an appointment with out communication, client will be permanently denied from future booking.
