All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Email and text alerts will keep you updated about your orders . Tracking number will be issued once item is shipped .

 

All Handmade Accessories Return Policy:

Given the unique nature of our handmade accessories, the following terms apply:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Once an order for handmade accessories has been placed and shipped from primenbeauty.com website or our mobile app, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

Hair Products Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To ensure your satisfaction, please note the following for hair product returns:

  • Return Conditions: Only hair products that remain sealed and unused are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Timeframe: Please initiate your return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 
Shipment Arriving Damaged

Insurance up to $100 is covered on all packages. Once item is shipped, we are not responsible for any damage of a package caused by the carrier. In the event that your package arrives damaged , please have poof of how the package arrived and submit a claim with the carrier company you selected. Links below .

Reporting Issues with Your Order

  3. Ensure to report any issues within 10 days of the delivery date for timely resolution.

Note: Issues reported after 10 days from the delivery date may result in store credit rather than a refund.
