Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and do not include order processing time.
Order Tracking
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking activity after your shipping confirmation is received.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, high shipping volume, and other circumstances outside of Prime N Beauty's control may affect delivery times.
If you haveconcerns about a delayed order, email contact@primenbeauty.com with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and assist where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact contact@primenbeauty.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Prime N Beauty is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Returned Packages
Orders returned to Prime N Beauty due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or other delivery issue may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
We will contact you using the email address associated with your order if a package is returned to us.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email contact@primenbeauty.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the information and provide next steps.
