Your experience with Prime N Beauty matters. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation and provide the appropriate next steps.
Returns
Due to the nature of our hair, bath, shower, home fragrance, and personal-use products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to scent preference, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used.
Please review product descriptions, scent notes, sizes, and available options carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email contact@primenbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging if the item arrived damaged
We will review your request and provide next steps.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Once processed, the time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Shopify notes Shopify Payments refunds can take up to 10 business days to reach the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Digital Products & Educational Resources
Digital downloads, digital guides, and other electronically delivered educational products are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
Printed educational resources are also final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
